Computer Aided Strategic Planning

Computer Aided Strategic Planner uses an extensive knowledgebase to produce a plan that contains a mixture of generic and customized information:

  • Generic information that captures the best practices that need to be adopted no matter what.
  • Problem specific information (e.g., healthcare for healthcare problems).
  • Situation specific (e.g., municipal versus central government specific).
  • Country/region specific (e.g., include factors about Nigeria when developing a plan for Nigeria).

The Planner supports eservices in healthcare, education, e-government, economic development and others. These “vertical services” are supported by several horizontal services such as broadband access and mobile computing that support vertical services.

Games

We have developed these games primarily to help the ITOs (IT Officials) from the public as well as the private sectors around the globe. Specifically:

  • The focus of these games is on eBusiness and eGovernment issues.
  • We want to especially help the developing countries.
  • These are primarily learning games to improve the decision making processes -- entertainment is not a high priority.
  • Some of the games require a SPACE ID-PW because these games work directly with the Planner and thus enhance the Planner
